1. Introduction
Welcome to eo app brewery. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Definitions
"Company," "we," "us," or "our" refers to eo app brewery. "Client," "you," or "your" refers to the individual or entity engaging our services. "Services" refers to all software development, design, and consulting services provided by us.
3. Services
We provide mobile application development, web development, and UI/UX design services. The scope, timeline, and deliverables of each project will be defined in a separate agreement or proposal shared with the client before the commencement of work.
4. Client Obligations
You agree to provide accurate information required for project execution, respond to our communications in a timely manner, and make payments as agreed upon in the project proposal. Delays in providing necessary materials or feedback may affect the project timeline.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final deliverables as specified in the project agreement. We retain the right to use the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed. Pre-existing tools, libraries, and frameworks used remain the property of their respective owners.
6. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in the project proposal. Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit is required before work begins. Late payments may result in project suspension. All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in the project agreement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, eo app brewery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date. We will deliver all completed work and project materials upon receipt of final payment.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
