CepDoktor bir yapay zeka sağlık asistanıdır ve yalnızca genel bilgilendirme amacıyla hizmet sunar. Uygulama tarafından üretilen yanıtlar, tahlil yorumları veya prospektüs bilgileri hata içerebilir; profesyonel bir tıbbi teşhis, tedavi, reçete veya uzman hekim muayenesinin yerini tutmaz. Sağlığınızla ilgili herhangi bir karar vermeden önce mutlaka yetkili bir sağlık profesyoneline danışınız. Acil durumlarda derhal 112 Acil Servis hattını arayınız.
01. Koşulların Kabulü
EO App Brewery tarafından geliştirilen CepDoktor/CuraDoc mobil uygulamasını veya web sitemizi (eoappbrewery.com) indirerek, yükleyerek veya kullanarak bu Kullanım Koşullarını kabul etmiş sayılırsınız. Uygulama Apple App Store üzerinden dağıtıldığı ölçüde, bu koşullar Apple'ın Standart Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi (Apple Standard EULA) ile birlikte geçerlidir.
02. Lisans Kapsamı ve Kullanım Kısıtlamaları
Size, CepDoktor/CuraDoc uygulamasını sahip olduğunuz veya kontrol ettiğiniz uyumlu Apple cihazlarında kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçlarla kullanmanız için devredilemez, münhasır olmayan ve sınırlı bir son kullanıcı lisansı verilmektedir. Uygulama kodlarını tersine mühendislikle çözmek, kaynak koda dönüştürmek, değiştirmek, kopyalamak, kiralamak, yeniden satmak veya izinsiz dağıtmak yasaktır.
03. Abonelikler ve Otomatik Yenileme Şartları
- Ödeme ve Faturalandırma: CepDoktor PRO abonelik ücreti, satın alma onayınızın ardından doğrudan Apple ID / iTunes Hesabınızdan tahsil edilir.
- Otomatik Yenileme: Abonelikler, mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediği takdirde otomatik olarak yenilenir.
- Abonelik İptali ve Yönetimi: Aboneliğinizi dilediğiniz zaman iOS Ayarlar > Apple Hesabı > Abonelikler menüsünden yönetebilir ve iptal edebilirsiniz.
- Fiyat ve Dönem Bilgisi: Güncel fiyat, abonelik dönemi ve varsa deneme süresi satın alma ekranında ve App Store abonelik onay akışında gösterilir.
- İade Talepleri: App Store üzerinden yapılan satın alımların iade süreçleri Apple tarafından yönetilir. İade taleplerinizi Apple'ın resmi satın alma geçmişi veya destek kanalları üzerinden iletmeniz gerekir.
04. Sağlık Bilgileri ve Kullanıcı Sorumluluğu
Uygulamaya yüklediğiniz veya yazdığınız bilgiler eksik, hatalı ya da güncel olmayabilir. Uygulama çıktıları bu verilere ve cihaz üzerindeki model yorumlarına dayanır; bu nedenle sonuçların doğruluğu, eksiksizliği veya belirli bir sağlık durumuna uygunluğu garanti edilmez. Uygulama çıktıları tek başına ilaç kullanımı, doz değişikliği, tedaviye başlama veya tedaviyi bırakma kararı için kullanılmamalıdır.
05. Fikri Mülkiyet ve Hak Sahipliği
CepDoktor ve EO App Brewery bünyesindeki tüm marka adları, tasarımlar, arayüzler, grafikler, yapay zeka algoritma modelleri ve yazılım bileşenleri EO App Brewery'nin tescilli fikri mülkiyetidir ve uluslararası telif hakları yasaları ile korunmaktadır.
06. Sorumluluğun Sınırlandırılması
Uygulama ve web sitesi "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut olduğu şekilde" sunulur. EO App Brewery, uygulamanın kesintisiz, hatasız, belirli bir amaca uygun veya tıbbi olarak eksiksiz sonuçlar üreteceğini garanti etmez. Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği azami ölçüde, uygulamanın veya web sitesinin kullanımından kaynaklanabilecek dolaylı, arızi, özel veya sonuçsal zararlardan sorumlu tutulamayız.
07. Değişiklikler ve Geçerli Hukuk
Bu koşullar zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Önemli değişikliklerde sayfadaki "Son Güncelleme" tarihi yenilenir. Bu koşullar, zorunlu tüketici koruma hükümleri saklı kalmak kaydıyla Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir.

Answers, lab interpretations, and medication leaflet insights generated by the app may be inaccurate or incomplete; they are not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, or doctor consultation. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider before making medical decisions. In an emergency, call your local emergency services (e.g., 911 / 112) immediately.
01. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using CuraDoc (known as CepDoktor in Turkey) or our website (eoappbrewery.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. To the extent the app is distributed through the Apple App Store, these terms apply together with Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Apple Standard EULA).
02. Scope of License
You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the CuraDoc (CepDoktor) application on compatible Apple devices that you own or control for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, copy, rent, resell, or distribute the application without permission.
03. In-App Subscriptions & Billing
- Payment: CuraDoc PRO subscriptions are billed directly through your Apple ID / iTunes Account upon purchase confirmation.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
- Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions anytime via iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
- Price and Term: Current price, subscription period, and any trial terms are shown on the purchase screen and in the App Store confirmation flow before purchase.
- Refunds: Purchases made through the App Store are managed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple's official purchase history or support channels.
04. Health Information & User Responsibility
Information you enter or upload may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. App outputs depend on that information and on local model interpretation, so we do not guarantee that results are accurate, complete, or appropriate for any particular medical condition. Do not use app outputs alone to start, stop, or change medication, dosage, treatment, or care decisions.
05. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, UI designs, codebases, and algorithms in CuraDoc and CepDoktor are the exclusive intellectual property of EO App Brewery and protected by international copyright laws.
06. Limitation of Liability
The app and website are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. EO App Brewery does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, fit for a particular purpose, or medically complete. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EO App Brewery shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or website.
07. Changes & Governing Law
We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes, the "Last Updated" date on this page will be refreshed. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply.
